The Allium amplectens really lives up to its name, Graceful Beauty, with almost origami-like pale pink flowers and deep purple stamens. The Graceful Beauty does best when planted from September to December. Producing beautiful blooms around May to June. Once mature the Allium amplectens 'Graceful Beauty' grows to a maximum of 40cm, making it one of the smaller alliums.
Does best when planted in drained fertile soil around 10cm deep. They prefer sunny areas with a sheltered side to prevent the tall flower spikes from being blown over.
